My journey in the Holistic Wellness & Transformational space started young. At 9 I learned the power of Nutrition & Mindset through my father's cancer recovery. At 13, I tapped into my energy healing training to become one of the youngest Reiki Masters. I then went on to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Coach Practitioner after receiving my Honours Bachelors in Health Sciences.
I've continued to expand my breadth and depth of holistic training. From yoga and meditation to emotional freedom technique to healing stones and so much more. With now over 23+ years of training (having started as a teen!), I tailor these powerful tools to support your very own unique path and create meaningful shifts to elevate your health and happiness.
