For more than 2 decades, I've been supporting clients in identifying and releasing patterns that are blocking them from living in a state of vibrant wellbeing. We all have access to this state, but we let our "beliefs" and "habits" get in the way.

How do I do this? A little on my journey and approach ...

My journey in the Holistic Wellness & Transformational space started young. At 9 I learned the power of Nutrition & Mindset through my father's cancer recovery. At 13, I tapped into my energy healing training to become one of the youngest Reiki Masters. I then went on to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Coach Practitioner after receiving my Honours Bachelors in Health Sciences.

 I've continued to expand my breadth and depth of holistic training. From yoga and meditation to emotional freedom technique to healing stones and so much more. With now over 23+ years of training (having started as a teen!), I tailor these powerful tools to support your very own unique path and create meaningful shifts to elevate your health and happiness.

Holistic Wellbeing isn't just my passion - it's my path, it's my calling, it's what I live for.

If you are feeling stressed, tired or just want to relax a little in the evenings, try this delicious drink to soothe your nervous system.

  • 1.5 cups unsweetened nondairy milk (I like almond or oat milk, but you can use any of your faves)

  • 2 tsp raw honey

  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
