If you are feeling like a sweet & spicy treat that's healthy (& pregnancy friendly too!!!) this is one of my fave & easy recipes for the whole family!
You can use the following ingredients in the quantities you enjoy for a more spicy (more ginger) or more sweet (more cinnamon) flavour.
Combine the following in a pot for 10 - 15 minutes until a syrup begins to coat the plums.
Plums (cut in half, no seed)
Monk Fruit Sugar
Water to cover bottom of pan
