With baby 2 on the way in just a couple of months and 2 Mama Seminars coming up, I'm into creating some easy, simple post partum smoothies and snacks to fuel mama & baby!
Here is one that is super simple & nourishing!
1/3 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup berries (blueberries, raspberries are my fave)
1/4 cup oats
1 tbsp nut butter of choice
1 cup coconut milk (you can add more or less depending on thickness you like)
Place all ingredients in high power blender, liquify and enjoy!
