Postpartum Super Smoothie

With baby 2 on the way in just a couple of months and 2 Mama Seminars coming up, I'm into creating some easy, simple post partum smoothies and snacks to fuel mama & baby!

Here is one that is super simple & nourishing!


  • 1/3 cup baby spinach

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 cup berries (blueberries, raspberries are my fave)

  • 1/4 cup oats

  • 1 tbsp nut butter of choice

  • 1 cup coconut milk (you can add more or less depending on thickness you like)

Place all ingredients in high power blender, liquify and enjoy!
