Keto Fudge Brownie


If you are looking for a low carb, keto friendly sweet chocolatey treat, then look no further! Here's 5 ingredient brownie recipe that you will love!

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • 9 tbsp coconut oil

  • 12 tbsp erythritol - you can adjust to taste depending on your level of sweetness. You can also swap for a preferred natural sweetener of your choice, such as maple syrup if paleo

  • 11 tbsp raw cacao powder

  • 2 free run eggs

  • 3/4 cup almond flour

I N S T R U C T I O N S

  1. Melt Coconut Oil + Maple Syrup + Cacao Powder together in a bowl, mix and let cool for a few minutes

  2. Add in the eggs and flour - Mix well

  3. Pour mixture into an 8x8 baking dish cook for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees (depending on your oven this time may vary so check by placing a toothpick in middle to come out slightly moist)

  4. Optional: Top with crushed almonds

  5. Let cool, serve and enjoy!
