9 tbsp coconut oil
12 tbsp erythritol - you can adjust to taste depending on your level of sweetness. You can also swap for a preferred natural sweetener of your choice, such as maple syrup if paleo
11 tbsp raw cacao powder
2 free run eggs
3/4 cup almond flour
I N S T R U C T I O N S
Melt Coconut Oil + Maple Syrup + Cacao Powder together in a bowl, mix and let cool for a few minutes
Add in the eggs and flour - Mix well
Pour mixture into an 8x8 baking dish cook for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees (depending on your oven this time may vary so check by placing a toothpick in middle to come out slightly moist)
Optional: Top with crushed almonds
