3 Ingredient Skinny Pina Colada Sorbet

This super simple recipe is delicious and clean - so enjoy away!


  • 1 large pineapple, cubed (or 4.5 cups frozen pineapple cubed)

  • 1 cup coconut milk (canned)

  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice


  1. Cut pineapple into cubes and freeze (if not already using frozen)

  2. Combine frozen pineapple with coconut milk and lime in a blender. Blend until smooth. Depending on your blender you may have to add the pineapple in small batches.

  3. Enjoy as is in cups, cones or even pour into popsicle trays if you like! Whatever sorbet is left over, you can store in an airtight freezer safe container in the freezer until ready to serve again!
