4 Ingredient Oat Bars - Gluten Free, Vegan, Paleo Friendly

These are delicious, healthy and so simple to make 😉


🥄 1.5 cups oats

🥄 2 mashed bananas (for a crispier bar use 1:1 ratio of oat to banana, 2 cup oat to 2 banana for instance)

🥄 1/4 cup raisins (or swap for cacao nibs, cranberries)

🥄 Maple syrup (optional and to taste)


Combine all ingredients, pour into baking pan (or make into cookies if you prefer)

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes

Let cool, cut into squares and enjoy!
