Ginger Limeade

This is soooo delicious (tastes like a refreshing, yummy mocktail, think caipirinha or mojito style 😍) and is incredible for a little digestion and immunity boost.




INGREDIENTS (Serves 2)


✔️ 2 tbsp honey

✔️ 2 cups water, divided

✔️ 1/2 tablespoon grated ginger (from about one 3-inch piece of ginger)

✔️ 1/2 cup lime juice (from about 5 limes)

✔️ 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves



DIRECTIONS


1. Heat honey and 1 cup of water in a small pan until the honey dissolves completely. Set aside to cool.


2. Grate ginger and add to the remaining 1 cup of water. Let sit for 15 minutes. Then strain out the grated ginger.



3. Combine the Ginger infused water with the honey mixture. Add lime juice and fresh mint. Stir all the ingredients together and refrigerate until chilled.
