My favourite way to start my mornings is with my morning lemonade!
It's an easy, tasty and amazing way to boost your immune system, support circulation, detox the body - especially the liver (aka your fat burning organ among the other 300+ functions it performs!), reduce inflammation, get gastric juices flowing and improve your energy for the day - just to name a few!

1/2 freshly squeeze lemon
1 cup warm water (or room temperature)
1 pinch of cayenne
1 small dollop of raw honey
