This is one of my favourite simple, healthy & delicious treats! It's dairy free, won't spike blood sugar, packed with protein, fibre and micronutrients. It only uses 4 ingredients and it's prepped in 5 minutes!

- 1 medium ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp raw cacao
- 2 tbsp raw honey (or pure maple syrup). As another option you could use half a banana
- 6 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk (or almond milk)
Blend all ingredients together. Pour into bowls. You can chill in the fridge to serve cold.
Optional: Top it off with unsweetened shredded coconut, berries or both!
