Sweet, Nervous System Soother

If you are feeling stressed, tired or just want to relax a little in the evenings, try this delicious drink to soothe your nervous system.
1.5 cups unsweetened nondairy milk (I like almond or oat milk, but you can use any of your faves)
2 tsp raw honey
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1/3 tsp ground turmeric
Heat the milk on stovetop on medium until it comes to a gentle boil, lower and add in the other ingredients. Stir, pour and enjoy!
