Sweet, Nervous System Soother

If you are feeling stressed, tired or just want to relax a little in the evenings, try this delicious drink to soothe your nervous system.

  • 1.5 cups unsweetened nondairy milk (I like almond or oat milk, but you can use any of your faves)

  • 2 tsp raw honey

  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom

  • 1/3 tsp ground turmeric

Heat the milk on stovetop on medium until it comes to a gentle boil, lower and add in the other ingredients. Stir, pour and enjoy!
