Cauliflower Hummus (Paleo, Vegan & Keto)

Cauliflower is an amazing alternative to chickpeas for a lower carb version of a traditional hummus that's low carb, high in fibre and great to support detox.





INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups raw cauliflower florets

  • 2 Tbsp water

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 3 whole garlic cloves

  • 1.5 Tbsp Tahini paste

  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 raw garlic cloves, crushed (in addition to above)

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil (or you can use avocado oil)


DIRECTIONS


1. Steam Cauliflower (you can roast or bake as well) so that it’s soft in texture to easily blend.


2. Combine cooked cauliflower with all of the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth.


3. Serve with your fave sides for the dip and enjoy!
