Mango Lassi


Mangos are more than just a sweet, delicious fruit they help to flush out toxic acids and rebuild alkali reserves in the body. Plus they act as a prebiotic food to help build all that good bacteria in your gut!


Combine all the following in a blender, serve and enjoy!


✔️ 1 cup frozen or fresh mango

✔️ 1/4 -1/2 cup coconut milk (based on how thick you like it)

✔️ 1/4 cup plain unsweetened coconut yogurt

✔️ 0.5 Tbsp lime juice (plus more to taste)

✔️ 0.5-1 tsp honey (if vegan you can do maple syrup)
