Over the next three months, I will support you in embodying your highest, truest most divine authentic self - which means welcoming in a reality that feels so deeply aligned.

THE FLOW OF YOUR CALLS
YOUR SIX MENTORSHIP CALLS
Over the course of our 3 months together (12 weeks) we will have six mentorship calls every 2-3 weeks within this sacred container. To prepare for these calls, here are some details for the flow of these calls.
SETTING YOUR INTENTION
At the beginning of every call, to open the energy we will set an intention for the call with the question, "What would you love to walk away from your session with today?"
The reason we start calls with this is to anchor into and align the energy of our call with your expansion.
If you're unsure, together we will tune in and I will support you to be guided to the intention that resonates and aligns with your goals, vision and intentions you so beautifully declared from the beginning of this journey.
GUIDANCE, CLEARING & ACTIVATIONS
For the rest of the call, we will move through Intuitive Guidance, Energetic Clearing, Energetic Activations - as the energy presents itself. This is divinely guided.
YOUR ENERGETIC BLUEPRINT
Following your call, I will capture the guidance, tools and next steps to move you forward to integrate and embody the next level of your expansion. You will receive this email within 24 hours following our our call.​​
Your First Call Details
Our first call opens up this energy and ignites our 3 month journey together.
This call will be formatted a little differently than the rest of your calls. Our focus on this call is to get clear on your Energetic Signature and in essence the vision for your life.
To get clear on your vision, I will take you through an exploratory process of questions that allows you to access this energy.
From there, we will move you through a meditative state to embody this Energetic Signature that is yours - to align you with your highest, truest most divine self. Allowing this energetic state to feel familiar on a frequency level.
Finally, we will move through any spiritual tools to allow you to embody this Energetic Signature as you move through the 3 Month Journey.
All will be captured for you in your Energetic Blueprint email that will be sent to you within 24 hours following of our first call.

At the end of our first call we will also decide on the dates and times for the remaining five sessions, ensuring they align with our shared energy and schedule for this sacred journey together.
VOXER: TEXT AND VOICE NOTE SUPPORT
In between calls, I will be supporting you via text and voice note using the Voxer app. I am in Voxer on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This allows you to have space to process, integrate and embody the divine power we both know you already have within you.
I ask that all voicenotes be under three minutes long, if possible, and that each question or thought has it's own voicenote so we can keep the energy clear and organized. Similarly, if you choose to text instead, I ask that you format your text with numbers or bullet points so I can ensure I reply and support you in each.
This reflection allows all messages that are sent to have the highest of intention for your expansion.
On the days I am in Voxer, I will text "Channel Open" to signal that I will be opening up the energy to move through your messages and response. Once all of my responses are sent, I will text "Channel Closed" at which point you are welcome to dive into Voxer whenever you desire. This allows me to be in a state of energetic flow without interruption so that I can best show up for you in this sacred space.

How to Prepare for Your Calls
​
Always come as you are - no need to prepare anything special. Most times you will see my cozy, with my tea and in the winter likely a blanket! Showing up as is - you're beautifully and perfectly ready!
Bring a journal or something to take notes with as insights and reflections often come through. I will be sharing an Energetic Blueprint following our call, but ihaving your journal nearby allows for you to write anything you feel called to in your own sacred way.
Ensure you're in a quiet, comfortable space where you can be fully present. All calls will be on Zoom - which you can access from your computer and via the app on your tablet or phone. You'll want to download this in advance if using the app.

Should you need to reschedule a call for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible so we can find a new time for your session. I understand that life happens and this isn't always possible. Know that you will always be given grace when life happens!
